the big radio

upstairs turns out to be a Coronado. The serial plate is mostly destroyed, unfortunately, which complicates trying to identify it. The only place I've been able to find that has a picture of this is here (scroll down, or search for Coronado in the page). So it's from the late 40s then. Given the shape that it's in it's probably worthless, but it looks cool and the speaker sounds really good (10" cone). The turntable doesn't work but the radio works fine (it sounds less staticky than the Zenith).

Be Brief and Concise. Employers have no time to peruse all the resumes that comes everyday. The important details should be presented immediately within seconds thats given on your paper. Keep it short by writing every essential details and info in 1 or 2 pages. If you can put them on just one paper, the better. Use bullet points as possible and do not write them paragraphs. Resume for Senior Director of R&D I wrote on the blog today about how to turn the negative of a job rejection letter into a positive. One of the things I mentioned was to write a thank-you letter to the company. Although that does sound like an odd thing to do considering the situation, it leaves a good impression. I briefly mentioned what the contents of this letter should be, but I want to elaborate on that a little more:
